Emulsifier and enzymatic complex in diet for free range broiler chicken in the western amazon

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the effects of adding levels emulsifier based on soy lecithin and enzymatic complex (xylanase, β-glucanase, galactosidase, protease, amylase, β-mannanase) basal diet during raising free-range broiler chickens. The experimental design was completely randomized, with five treatments six replications. Treatments were: T1: control diet, without emulsifier; T2: 0.2 kg t-1 complex; T3: 0.5 T4: + T5: 0.3 1 emulsifier. Performance data were collected every 14 days, animals euthanized at 70 days obtain carcass, breast, drumstick, thigh yield intestine collection for pH analysis morphometry. periods from 56 showed a difference (P<0.05) in parameters zootechnical performance, feed intake lower T4 T5, weight gain better T1, T2, T3, T4. Feed conversion No (P>0.05) observed poultry livability, carcass yield, viscera, duodenum cecum. A found intestinal morphometry (P<0.05), T5 best villus/crypt ratio. level indicated relationship between villi crypts. However, added commercial led benefits such as decreased intake, affecting gain, thus inducing good conversion.
